Bracus Kha'marn was one of the secondary commanders of the Storm Juggernauts, and also the commander of Firebase Omegus. He was killed by Avgust Sokolov when Kha'marn attacked the tram Fireteam Argus used to transport themselves to the Icicle Towers.
