Solis Akress is an Awoken Stormcaller, and an Enforcer for the Vanguard. He was sent to by Vanguard Mentor and former Fireteam Argus member Orkrim Katesh to reinforce said Fireteam in their efforts to stop the Repetitive Mind on Mercury.
